Two visits from engineers, one to find the source of my problem dishwasher door, order the parts and then the next visit to fit new hinges, all sorted in an hour or so. What a truly excellent service. From my initial phone call, which was answered promptly and courteously at 8.30 a.m. to the repair completed on our dishwasher.
